Job Description:

Performs the activities required to support the Financing and Clearing Asset Management Services business. Works within a team responsible for providing operational support and understands all aspects of support and on-boarding activities including:

* Manage the on-boarding calendar with business stakeholders
* End-to-end coordination with internal resources and the client
* Ensure redundant network provisioning between the client and the bank with appropriately sized bandwidth
* Performs testing, go-live, and post go-live activities
* Ongoing monitoring, Issue identification, and tracking to resolution
* Build and maintain working relationships with broader organization
* Maintain regular and professional contact with client's technology and operations representatives

Required Skills:

* Fluid in the FIX protocol, trade lifecycle, networking, and testing methods
* Ability to to monitor and support on an ongoing basis
* Must have 6-8 years in an equity markets clearing and settlement systems organization
