Bell is seeking an experienced Integrated Program Scheduler / Analyst to join the team in Fort Worth, TX. This role will support the H-1 military program.

Working in the Project Management Office (PMO), this role will provide direct support to Program and Business Management in relation to Earned Value Management (EVM) to manage project performance and progress of programs related to aircraft design, development, production, procurement or assembly.

This role is responsible for the scheduling for aircraft development programs and supports creation and maintenance of resource loaded schedules for Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and helps ensure integration and synchronization between all IPT schedules in support of program requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

* Support schedule analysis and reporting including program critical path and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
* Review, correct, and report schedule performance against plans and provide alternatives and corrective actions as appropriate.
* Support development of proposal schedules with limited information to support company business capture initiatives.
* Present stakeholders with timely status and anticipate future challenges.

Education Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or other applicable discipline

Requirements:

* At least 3 years combined experience in using project management scheduling software such as Primavera AND previous work experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
* Prior Defense Industry experience
* This position requires strong initiative and willingness to develop solutions to a variety of schedule requests in a team environment
* Must be able to work with ambiguity
* Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
* Must have strong computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Educations, Certification, Skills and Experience:

* Basic understanding of aircraft design/development/production/procurement/assembly processes
