Program Schedule Specialist

We are seeking a Program Schedule Specialist to join our Agile program management team on a large portfolio program. This role will assist the Program Management team by maintaining integrated project and program schedules.

Responsibilities/Duties:

* Coordinate with project managers to define project tasks, schedules, resource requirements, and dependencies
* Obtain project status updates in order to maintain project schedules
* Coordinate with project managers and the program manager to maintain an integrated master program schedule
* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
* Provide program financial management support including budget projections, reporting and what-if analyses
* Support resource planning including needs projections and resource assignments
* Support the creation of client and internal weekly and monthly project status reports

Required Qualifications

Required Skills:

* 3+ years of experience with project management standard concepts, practices, and procedures
* 3+ years of experience in a project or program scheduling role
* Proficient in Microsoft Project
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Highly detail oriented
* Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-past environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
* Fast learner and able to independently execute tasks

Education/Certification Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements:

* U.S. Citizen or permanent resident and meet 3-year US residency requirement with the ability to attain a Public Trust clearance
