The Program Manager role represents a key component of the Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) and as a QuBIT (Quantitative Business Intelligence Tools) Program Manager, you focus on 'what we have but don't understand' to standardize, optimize and teach in order to impact customer experience, support business growth and innovation. The ACES QuBIT team acts as a catalyst for change in the NA Organization by creating unique solutions, tools, and data access for thousands of operations customers. The ACES QuBIT team is a uniquely different technical group, with a wide scope including process improvement impacting all processes in the FC and beyond. The QuBIT team's focus is on new opportunities and allows a high degree of creative design freedom to deliver big results.

ACES is seeking a highly talented and motivated Program Manager to join the Quantitative Business Intelligence Tools (QuBIT) team. In this role, you will be for responsible for supporting network wide applications and initiatives bridging across a wide customer base. This role encompasses relationship building across multiple orgs, visibility to network programs and leaders, and engaging and leveraging field technical resources to meet the needs of a growing fulfillment network. The NACF network includes hundreds of fulfillment centers charged with completing and shipping hundreds of millions of packages to customers each year! Every package we ship out is an opportunity for improvement, translating to better prices and service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Drive compliance of emergent network initiatives
* Create and improve documentation of network tools to enforce customer adoption
* Highlights areas of business risk and opportunity for technical team resource allocation and provide input on software design to support lean processes and standard work
* Act as gatekeeper for prioritizing software enhancements and feature requests submitted by the Fulfillment Centers and serve as the interface with the FCs to drive adoption of changes
* Partner with external technical orgs to drive collaborative projects and tool design.
