As a Program Manager within the Shopping Expansion and Experience team you will:
* Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success * Measure and analyze existing programs and models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers * Manage data gathering process for model development * Manage improvements on external benchmarks and customer satisfaction studies * Collaborate with stakeholders acorss multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. * Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs
