Headquartered in New York, with offices and affiliates around the globe, we are seeking a highly motivated and savvy technical Program Manager to join our XCloud Solutions team.

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone who is excited about collaborating with teams across multiple the organization and the globe to drive impactful outcomes for our clients.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Program Manager, you will be working with resources inside and outside of the company to run high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. The role will be responsible for helping to implement full-spectrum solutions for our clients globally, including career websites, candidate relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking systems (ATS) media, content strategy, and advocacy programs, and analytics to tie it all together. We are looking for problem solvers who are able to leverage their experience to understand an array of product and service offerings, ranging from creative to technical, and understand how to stitch them together. This will include gathering requirements, building project plans, and orchestrating all the moving parts that go into delivering successful outcomes. You will be working with clients and account teams alike to help them determine the best path to reach their project goals.

Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to manage multiple and complex software projects; own full project life cycle from discovery and scope definitions through design, build, and execution


* Manage and report on project budgets against revenue and margin targets set in proposals and Statements of Work, with growth towards company-wide responsibility for project profitability


* Produce detailed and thorough project documentation, including status reports for clients and executive-level team members


* Monitor and control quality of all project deliverables


* Establish strong relationships with clients and translate their day-to-day project needs clearly to the internal team to drive high-quality deliverables and client experience


* Collaborate within the Project Management team to develop guidelines and processes for continuous process improvement that advance the Project Management discipline


* Proactively identify issues and risks; know when to escalate issues and when to work through them on your own


* Assist senior Account Management leadership staff in client communication and management by developing and distributing conference notes/reports, scheduling client meetings and communicating status of initiatives to relevant internal stakeholders


* Pursue opportunities to both lead by example and foster the talents of high-performing team members



Requirements

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of professional, project management, and client relationship management experience


* Solid track record of successfully developing multi-faceted projects from start to completion, on time and within budget


* Ability to adopt project management systems and advise on emerging technologies to improve operational efficiencies


* Experience with the development of large-scale websites and/or business process applications such as applicant tracking system or HRMS or CRM, a strong understanding of web development technologies, third-party applications, and platforms, and social media


* Professional presentation, training, and client-facing skills


* Excellent communication skills, particularly in conjunction with workflow steps and internal and external processes


* Effective negotiation and conflict management/risk mitigation skills


* Accountability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, across multiple time zones with a global team



Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with agile methodologies


* PMP certification or equivalent


* MBA or other post graduate degree
