The successful candidate will serve as mid-level Program Analyst responsible for managing Regional Resiliency Assessment Program (RRAP) projects.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Providing overall project management and analytical support to Regional Resiliency Assessment Program (RRAP) projects. Specific duties will include:
* Providing assistance to Protective Security Advisors (PSAs) with project formulation and development;
* Drafting, reviewing, editing, and updating project plans;
* Developing and delivering presentations to various audiences (Subcomponent leadership, private sector partners, etc.) on the RRAP Program and individual projects;
* Coordinating and participating in RRAP site visits and facilitated discussions involving Federal, State, local, tribal, and territorial (FSLTT) and private sector partners;
* Integrating analysis of assessment results and identification of key findings into final assessment reports;
* Coordinating with the DHS Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) Program Office to ensure compliance with PCII Program Guidelines for Derivative Products and the RRAP Agreement to Operate, and address emergent issues concerning PCII and the RRAP;
* Managing project files on the common drive;
* Supporting post-assessment out-briefs and follow-on activities (e.g., subsequent table-top exercises and related events with RRAP participants);
* Planning the logistics of the weekly Headquarters RRAP coordination meetings (to include compiling, editing, and distributing meeting minutes);
* Understanding of, and providing information on recent academic and industry developments regarding infrastructure resilience and physical and cyber security.


* Reviewing and providing input on policies and procedures used to direct RRAP activity.
* Developing and maintaining program briefings, correspondence, and other outreach and communication materials.
* Developing and maintain materials for reporting program status to division leadership.
* Coordinating and providing input on RRAP internal and external requests for information.
* Supporting prior-year RRAP project close-out activities.
* Supporting the selection process of future-year RRAP projects, including selection criteria development, research, analysis, review of nominations, and document preparation.
* Providing long-range RRAP planning and strategy development support.
* Performing quality assurance on critical infrastructure vulnerability assessment security surveys.
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

At minimum, the qualifications are:

* Active Secret Security Clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience or familiarity with critical infrastructure
* 3 years of relevant experience (demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish)
* Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Communications skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time.
