Job description:
Provide assistance, advice, recommendations, monitoring, planning, and execution with the internal management and coordination of the various divisions and sub-divisions within SAF/AAZ.
Manage, schedule, and coordinate SAF/AAZ Senior Leader internal and external schedules and activity associated with the smooth functioning of the SAF/AAZ front office
Coordinate the appropriate resources availability in response to internal staff packages, external task assignments, and decision-making requirements.
Support workflow management processes facilitating program and administration coordination; provide advice and status on executive administrative and security-related issues to program administrative controls and activities
Manage internal SAF/AAZ SharePoint administrative resource activities
Generate operational, organizational, and infrastructure office management requirements, to include assistance in supporting Action Officers in building initial task assignments for security office functions
Prepare office management plans, support plans, training and other associated documents required to implement SAF/AAZ's Cyber, Special Access Programs (SAPs), and Security Enterprise policies, procedures, and plans
Provide support for SAF/AAZ in generating mission and leadership meetings as well as all-hands briefs displaying potential innovations for the SAF/AAZ's office structure, organization, and staff training development
Support the SAF/AAZ Mission Support office with determining office day-to-day operations, preparing and monitoring the Task Management Tools (TMT) tasks, SharePoint maintenance requirements, organizing resources, and preparing cost estimates for SAF/AAZ supplies, equipment needs, and other priorities as required.
Other responsibilities may be required as assigned.
Required Skills
Knowledge of DoD Security Policy within multiple disciplines (personnel, industrial, information, physical, operations, information systems, foreign disclosure, and sensitive compartmented information) as well as the principles, concepts, policies, practices and methods of security administration is desired
Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook along with SharePoint experience is required
Task Management Tool experience is desired
Required Experience
Experience within a military component of the DoD at battalion, squadron, ship, or group (or equivalent) level and above; or an equivalent position in a Defense Intelligence or IC organization; or in a large (over $30M per year) DoD organization.
Experience working within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and/or a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) is required
Records management experience for a DoD, IC, or Service program office is desired
Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. SAP experience is desired
