Job Title: Product Security Engineering Manager

Location: Rocklin, CA or Chicago, IL

Position Summary:

The Product Security team is seeking a PKI Engineering Manager to lead a team working with product and external partners bringing new innovation to product security solutions optimizing secure product development, manufacturing, deployment, repair and support. Come join one of the most respected Payment Security teams in the industry. This position will be located full time in Rocklin, CA or Chicago, IL.

Knowledge & Experience:

* You should have a depth of knowledge and experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) data security development. Requires a deep understanding of PKI including the Certificate lifecycle, Certificate Practice Statements and Certificate Policies.
* Proven experience leading the delivery of network and/or cloud based solutions utilizing external vendors and internal engineering.
* You have demonstrated experience on payment systems HSM, enterprise HSM, PKCS #11 and Certificate Authority systems.
* Knowledge and work experience on software security, data encryption and authentication, SSL/TLS, inter-service security, symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, cryptographic key management, and cryptographic devices
* Work with security architects, marketing team, internal departments, and customer to flesh out product requirements
* Develop software requirements documents / engineering requirements specifications
* Design, architect, and development of software security services, applications and interfaces,
* Reviewing and evaluating code and customizing code,
* Working with SQA to test software development and releases.
* Able to prepare project estimates.
* Investigating issues raised from the various component partners.
* Will work with many diverse groups (internal/external, regional/international) in order to resolve issues and obtain software requirements for current projects,
* Working with vendors on evaluation platforms for overall system integration,
* Ability to work with third party consultants as necessary.
* Able to support and/or provide procedural, process, and project documentation,
* BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field,
* 7+ years' experience in software development.
* Able to travel as needed to US and International Verifone offices, design centers and Customer locations.
