The large oil and gas company needs a professional, effective and result-oriented team to design, develop and support complex enterprise solutions. This solutions include applications for data visualization, charts building, data processing and different services.

The technology stack contain desktop WPF applications with 3D graphics, web solutions based on Angular, WCF services. Integration is based on microservices architecture to achieve loosely coupled and maintainable system. Good architecture and code is very essential, so advanced code analysis and continue integration tools are used on project.

Development uses SCRUM methodology, so every developer has ability to make a great contribution to the result.

Responsibilities

* Builds and maintains strong relationship with Leads/Stakeholders in the business to ensure alignment with client needs, business requirements and project management resources.
* Reviews performance and directs appropriate interventions to address and meet changing client needs and business priorities.
* Lead consolidated stakeholder meetings, providing program updates, risks, issues and remediations.
* Manages project plan and mitigates any risk and issues as they are identified, collect requirements and describe them
* Establishes the governance (decision making) structure for the project and manage/escalate issues and risks to the appropriate management levels.
* Requirements elaboration and delivery planning, ensure delivery as per SDLC process
* Present requirements to Development and QA teams
* Ensure deliverables to match requirement and identify discrepancies
* Responsible for Service Delivery including issues/incidents.
* Build out proactive data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Skills

Must • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills;

* Understanding of web and desktop landscape, instruments and Life Cycle
* Transforming ambiguity into clear statements
* Ability to work across multiple business groups.
* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, root cause analysis, data mining;
* Extensive experience in delivering technical and/or operational data management solutions.
* IT background
* Ability to work in fast paced environment;
* Being natural to absolute Agile, no waterfall
