We're a small team with a focus on individual responsibility and rapid development and looking for a Senior Product Designer.

In this role you will:

* Create and lead a unified design of new features and updates from concept to release
* Think big and understand how to work iteratively and cross functionally towards your vision
* Design visual interfaces, wire frames, user flows, and compelling interactions
* Translate complex ideas into elegant and intuitive designs
* Work as a collaborative and contributing partner with product, engineering, and analytics
* Explore and experiment with the future of the Tinder interface

We're looking for:

* A portfolio of beautiful interface designs that will make us swoon (this is a MUST)
* 4+ years professional experience with 2+ in mobile design
* Experience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, etc.) with current tools (Sketch, Framer, Principal, etc.)
* An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Self starter attitude with excitement to work in a fast paced and low ego environment
