Inflection is seeking a Product Designer to support the full product development lifecycle for our GoodHire team, from brainstorming and validating broad ideas to pixel-perfect implementation.

What you'll get to do:

* Using your full range of research, interaction, visual, and product thinking skills, you will lead and own designing product experiences
* Participate in concept development and design ideation with product managers and designers to help define product direction
* Use your understanding of user goals, business goals, technical constraints, and emerging trends to make design decisions and propose ideas for continuous improvements
* Initiate and execute user research, including customer interviews and usability tests
* Clearly communicate your design solutions to product managers, engineers, and other designers
* Create unified, end-to-end experiences through close collaboration with the design team
* Juggle multiple projects, have great time management skills, and a "go-get 'em" attitude

You know your stuff:

* You have at least 2 years of experience of designing and shipping experiences for small to mid-sized companies
* You have an online portfolio with samples of past product design work (web/mobile) that demonstrate your problem solving process as well as pixel-perfect design solutions
* You are a big-picture thinker who also has a fantastic attention to detail and rock solid visual design skills
* You have expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
* You are fluent in Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, and other prototyping tools
* You thrive in collaborative environments with a tight design team

Preferred qualifications:

* You have a background or degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
* You have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS
