Lewan Technology, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Printer Service Technician professional to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

As a Printer Service Technician, you will service, repair and troubleshoot digital imaging devices (printers) at customer sites. If you're looking for a job that gives you independence and allows you to work in the field, this is the position for you. We provide a comprehensive training program for all Printer Service Technicians that will prepare you to provide a world class customer experience on every service call. Skills:

* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Understanding of mechanical and networking concepts.
* Organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Must have computer, mechanical and/or electrical experience
* Strong customer relations skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. without aid
* Occasional bending, stooping and kneeling required in order to perform maintenance on the equipment
* Ability to push and pull heavy equipment
* Highly motivated and reliable self-starter
* Must be a team player and be able to work successfully in a team environment
* Ability to self-manage and work independently
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must maintain car insurance with company acceptable limits
* Motor Vehicle Report required annually
* Xerox, HP, Zebra, Dell, Wide Format and/or desktop printer repair experience preferred
