Infosys is seeking Equity Derivatives US Structured Products Developer in New York.

As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities include:

* Ownership of Structured Notes application, including integration with downstream services.
* Deep understanding of Structured Notes space and business drivers
* Ownership of development operations (deployment, Agile processes, support..etc.)
* Hands-on development, QA, and 3rd level (developer) support
* Interaction with release/ environments team for high-quality deployments
* Ensure projects adhere to CS software lifecycle processes

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Experiences

* At least 15 years of active development on transactional/ trading systems
* Strong expertise in an object oriented programming language (C#, java, C++)
* Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies
* Solid software development background or understanding of software development principles
* Background with front-office trading or other fast-paced environments, ideally with Equity Derivatives expertise
* Proven ability to communicate with both the business and technology
* Successful track record of delivering working software
* Desire to implement robust, flexible, scalable tech. processes that evolve with a growing, global business
* Attention to detail and devotion to delivery quality
* Working independently and in teams
* At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
* At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
* Analytical and Communication skills

* At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
* Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
