What Youll Do

As a Principal Consultant - Momentum Financial Application Functional, you will look to support on the following:

* Manage Functional resources throughout the SDLC for the delivery of RFCs for JS EBAS Program
* Review functional requirements, designs, and test scripts
* Work with Functional Team to determine target delivery for RFCs
* Monitor delivery of SDLC work products for completeness in addressing requirements, quality, and timeliness
* Support JS Operational Process from a functional and knowledgeable perspective to include Budgeting Cycles and Annual Close
* Resolve defects and issues
* Provide input to the TeraThink Team on complex functional issues
* Report on project status to TeraThink and TJS management
* Support internal Functional status meetings

What Were Looking For

* Minimum of 4-years of hands-on experience supporting in Momentum Financials systems applications and configuration across various Momentum modules.
* Candidate will need to be of U.S. Citizenship and must be clearable to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance at a Secret Level, per the U.S. Government agency customer we support. Preferred if currently possess an active DOD Secret Level Security Clearance.
* Direct experience with delivery across each phase of the SDLC process (e.g., requirements gathering, design, testing, training, deployment and maintenance).
* Direct experience with delivery of work products and deliverables in support of Momentum or other federal government financial system implementations or upgrades
* Must be capable of working independently and using the available resources to identify and present work products and deliverables.
* Must be capable of communicating ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to the customers and technical resources.
* Bachelors degree is preferred though, may consider relevant and current work experience supporting in Momentum Financials in lieu of a degree.
