Job Description

Candidate would be part of TCS PLM CoE in North America and would advise and guide TCS customers through their PLM transformation journey. The candidate would play important role in Transformation journey with our customers, while architecting and driving a solution to address the PLM/product development needs. Candidate would be required to provide guidance during process definition initiatives and alignment of those process in PLM/IT technologies

Candidate would also be required to position TCS solutions around PLM Digital Transformation to our customers and prospects

Extensive Travel would be warranted during this job

Responsibilities: Candidate is expected to be a PLM Solution advisor on Transformation program and would be responsible to envision and architect solution during large PLM transformation journeys. He should be able to bring in broader though leadership on Digital transformation and enterprise architecture to future proof the solution. Candidate would work with business process SMEs, process owners and IT to help craft solution in related PLM/IT technologies. Candidate would be able to convince business SMEs on the architected solution. Additionally candidate would be expected to write whitepapers, Point of Views and support the business development

Qualifications: Candidate should have an Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering and computer science. Candidate should have 5+ years of Consulting company background and should be confident in one or more PLM Technologies from Siemens PLM, Dassault Systems, Oracle Agile, PTC and be able to drive process alignment to a PLM technology and define and architect a solution during a PLM transformation program. Candidate should have preferably worked in a Manufacturing enterprise for over 3 years. Experience of participation in a Digital initiative would be preferred. Candidate needs to confident communicator.

Candidate brings in a 10+ experience in PLM in one of the leading PLM technologies namely Teamcenter, Enovia, PTC and have 5+ years of Mfg industries.
