Job Description

Section 1: Position Summary

* Support the legal plan document process by performing client calls and write correspondence. project tracking, and process mailings
* Manage and track the sending and receiving of various documents.
* Act as an internal resource for the team
* Assist in streamlining the documentation production process
* Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

* Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook and database applications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
* Able to establish filing system and collate reports containing data from multiple sources
* Excellent organization skills
* Self-motivated and team player can work well with minimal supervision
* Able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

* 2 + years of experience providing various administrative support
