We are currently seeking a Performance Tester/Engineer for our client in the Consulting domain. Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Role: Performance Tester/Engineer

Primary Skills: Performance Engineering

Role Description: The Performance Tester/Engineer would need to have at least 5+ years of experience.

Must Have Skills:

* Performance Testing
* Performance Engineering
* Java scripting

Nice to Have Skills:

* Dynatrace
* Python

Required Experience and Skills:

* Expertise in all phases of performance testing project activities including requirements gathering, planning, workload modeling, designing scripts and creating test data, executing performance tests, reporting observations and recommendations.
* Experience in performance engineering and performance testing of Web, Rest and Client/Server based applications
* Experience in performance testing of Applications having various technology stacks like Java and .NET based web applications and Web Services, GeoSpatial, AutoCAD, systems
* Expertise in monitoring and analysis Tools like SiteScope, dynaTrace, Splunk, Perfmon, Webpagetest, PAL Reports, Tivoli, JProfiler, JProbe, JVisualVM, cloud watch, CA, Perfmon and HP Analysis, Splunk
* Predictive Performance Modeling using queing models
* Good Team Management Skills and communication skills

Top 3 Responsibilities:

* Create Scripts and execute runs
* Identify bottlenecks
* Report stakeholders on performance issues

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years
