The Information Business Services (IBS) Pay Experience Global Solution Owner manages and coordinates Information Business Services (IBS) Supplier Experience-wide efforts to ensure that User experience optimization Projects are developed and managed, so that IBS Supplier Experience operates more efficiently and improves service delivery aligned to the IBS strategic imperatives.

This person will define the User experience measures, drive the User experience projects following Mondelez Project Methodology, lead data analytics to reflect data/dashboard around user experience improvements with Supplier Experience reporting & Helpdesk team.

IBS Supplier Experience Global Solution Owner will act as User Experience COE, and work with the IBS external Service partner teams, and will be the point of contact for IBS Supplier Experience, Accenture Supplier Experience and Mondelez Procurement when it relates to User experience initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:Pay Experience Global Solution Owner

* Own the system base for Pay Process and ensure the process health and systems integration.
* Lead and drive User experience optimization projects or initiatives, in line with Mondelez project methodology.
* Partner with all IBS Operations, Strategic BPO Partners, Helpdesk teams, IT Support and Mondelez functions (i.e. Procurement and Finance) to successfully deploy User Experience programs and system changes (big and small).
* Actively lead the identification, prioritization and selection of User experience opportunities and help set and refine the value realization goals with IBS functional Leaders and their teams.
* Demonstrate commitment towards Operational excellence initiatives and a willingness to challenge existing practices.
* Facilitate cross tower support and sharing of information, and migration of best practices within the IBS community.

Lead RPA/Automation opportunities to drive efficiency within User experience program:

* Organize various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define and design automation solutions.
* Creates, monitor and finalizes project deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e. SOP).
* Coordination and planning of testing activities, such as including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing.
* Coordinates sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and deployment.
* Bachelor's degree is required
* 8 or more years of Process Engineering and User Experience is required
* Must have the ability to leverage process-driven, analytical, technical and financial management skills to drive simplification and Transformation initiatives
* Must be highly structural and have the relevant Process Engineering and analysis expertise in order to identify and structure issues, develop frameworks & methods and support practical deployment
* Must have solid work experience on User Experience projects in order to measure & improve on end user experience
* Must have excellent communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills
* Must leverage Stakeholder engagement and must have the ability to work with colleagues from operations up to executive level
