Job Title: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Support Analyst (Jr.)

Location:Dallas, TX

Duration: FTE

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Support Analyst needed to support cloud environments. The qualified candidate will be responsible for automating building environments, understanding and reporting on billing for services and implementing security controls. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Tactical Cloud Support / Maintenance Activities
* Provision, configure, administrate, automate, monitor, and support enterprise Cloud services.
* Through automation, enforce continuous compliance to operation and security standards.
* Perform operational engineering for activities which include platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Provide periodic off-hours on-call support for production and development environments.
* Manage security logging, monitoring, and alert triage and participate in security incident response and investigation.
* Assist in the development of processes and practices as it relates to the migration of workloads to Azure.
* Design state-of-the-art technical solutions on Azure that are scalable, reliable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
* Support architectural design and new cloud service implementations utilizing industry best practices.
* Assist with the planning and migration of legacy applications to the Azure Cloud.
* May assist other team members with questions related to cloud services as a subject matter expert.
* Creating environment builds in a cloud environment using Terraform
* Implementing automated processes to protect S3 buckets in AWS
* Provide technical information on cloud environments in support of the risk processes
* Implement a password vault for use in the cloud
* Determine and implement a product solution for developer access to the cloud.

The qualified candidate will have previous experience in the above mentioned, including 3 years of experience in:

* Amazon Web Services
* GCP or Azure
* Ansible
* Drupal
* Terraform
