We are seeking a Fusion HCM Functional Lead with experience in Oracle Cloud CoreHR and Payroll. This is a full time position with approximately 25% travel, the rest is remote work.

eVerge Group is currently seeking Functional Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) Implementation consultants with experience in Core HR and Payroll to join our Oracle HCM Cloud practice. Individuals will have the opportunity to lead key implementation efforts for eVerge Group. Interested candidates should meet the following criteria:

Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Functional Core HR and Payroll Lead:

* The resource will either have a proven track record delivering HCM Cloud Functional Payroll or 5+ years delivering Oracle EBS Payroll
* Experienced in HCM Cloud Payroll Consulting
* Process administration
* Payroll Element Configuration
* Year End Processing
* Garnishment Management
* FLSA
* Familiar with US Legislation
*


* Ability to lead Payroll projects, provide project planning, status reporting and resource management
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent client management skills
* Techno/functional skills are preferred.
* CPP Certification preferred

CoreHR Skills

* Strong configuration skills are essential to this position
* Experience in defining implementation strategy, developing systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
* Experience in HR process design and participating in design workshops
* Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel
* Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
