We are seeking a full time Oracle Cloud HCM Absence & Time & Labor Support Consultant. This is a remote position with minimal travel (less than 20%).
Responsibilities:
* Will integrate as an essential member of the support team, taking responsibility for owning and solving incidents from an Absence & Time & Labor perspective. * Aid in the development of internal and customer-facing Absence & Time & Labor documentation. * Will conduct triage sessions with customers to determine root cause, document outstanding issues, and provide solutions and workarounds. * Act as a customer advisor on best practice and application awareness. * Will be responsible for training the customer as well as counterparts in administrative operations. * Will assist with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence & Time & Labor Configurations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two to three years' experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence & Time & Labor * In-depth knowledge of functional and some technical areas Oracle HCM Cloud Absence & Time & Labor. * Knowledge of Qualification and Accrual plans (Enrollment, Rules and Eligibility). * Understanding the creation of absence elements and the integration with payroll. * Ability to assist technical team in loading and validation of accrual balances. * Expertise in developing and reviewing Absence & Time & Labor Fast formulas is preferred (not required) * Must be Personable and articulate with excellent writing and interpersonal communication/relationship skills.
* Should have the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customer support issues simultaneously. * Must be able to prioritize activities and be Self-motivated.
