Job Description

i360 is seeking (Two) 2 - Oracle Federal Financials R12 Application Developer to provide RICE conversion support expertise in migrating agencies onto a shared system environment of Oracle 12.2.x. The Subject Matter Expert will have (Five) 5 yrs hands on experience with daily operational support of an R12.2 Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) system with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (RICEW) experience. This position is on boarding in June 2019 in Washington DC and Denver CO.

Position Description:

* Provide support of the R12 environment including implementation and maintenance support for all of the Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (RICEW) components.
* Collaborate with government staff on analysis, design, development, and testing for new development and enhancement of RICEW components.
* Provide user support/help desk services, user account management services, problem response and resolution services, security incident management including root cause analysis and testing of corrective actions.
* Perform configuration management to identify the baseline configuration and the changes, ensure the changes are controlled and the information is available for review.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of expertise in SQL Plus, Forms Builder and Report Builder, JDeveloper and Oracle SOA; Working experience with TOAD, Oracle Applications Framework, and System administrator functions as well as an understanding of SLA; familiar with UNIX .

* The selected candidate will be required to undergo a successful background check before starting the project
* Must hold a BS/BA degree in relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, and Finance

* Must be a US Citizen

Additional Qualifications Preferred:

* Experience with PRISM
* Locals are Preferred
* Active Public Trust Clearance preferred

Primary Location: Washington DC or Denver CO (Some Remote Work Options)

Hours on-site: Monday - Friday
