In this role you will:

* Be responsible for managing the personnel directly supporting and maintaining day to day operations for all the customers IT systems and ensuring compliance with all the cyber security requirements. The teams managed include network engineers, cyber security specialists, and the help desk support personnel.
* Be responsible for acting as the main interface with the enterprise infrastructure services provider on behalf of the customer. In conjunction with the customer and company project management, act as the point person for planning and coordinating major and minor technology refreshes.
* Possess sufficient knowledge and experience to be able to meaningfully participate in shaping the customer's infrastructure strategic vision and plans.
* Coordinate with the Program Managers and professional staff to adequately meet operational needs and expectations. Serve as liaison with customers to resolve issues, receive feedback, and maintain positive client satisfaction.
* Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends, as well as new technologies, and then plan and advise during implementation.

Required Qualifications

* Hold an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
* Have 5+ years in a technical network, cyber security, or data center management / leadership role
* Have experience managing Windows server platforms in a virtualized environment
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Have previous experience in dealing with senior and technical customer management levels
* Hold a Security+ certification or higher
* Have experience with DISA's cross domain solutions (CDS), Host-Based Security Server (HBSS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker (SCC), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and anti-virus software
* Be trained and currently certified according to the standards set forth in DoD Directive 8570.1, "Information Assurance (IA) Training, Certification, and Workforce Management (e.g. Security+, CISSP, etc. as specified in aforementioned directive)

Desired Qualifications

* Experience in cloud infrastructure, technologies, and migration strategies
* Experience in network transport management (i.e., basic understanding of vLANS, Switches, firewalls in support of mission applications)
* An understanding of Active Directory administration and the use of PKI
* Experience in vulnerability management and STIG compliance
* DoD Cyber Command Orders review and management experience
* Experience in one or more of the following products: eMASS, Splunk, AWS
