We are looking for a passionate and able candidate to help with data and operations projects. The intern will assist in a variety of capacities, including working to help staff across the Pursuit organization share information and launching a new CRM system. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning about how mission-driven organizations work at an operational level.

Responsibilities

* Supporting development and refinement of organization-wide information tool and stores
* Researching CRM system launch and adoption best practices
* Implementing and testing new software features
* Assisting users and fielding questions on functionality
* Migrating data into new systems

You are a passionate, resourceful individual who is compelled by impactful work. As part of a small but growing team, you will be expected to think across many disciplines and be open to both collaboration and critique. You should be meticulous, organized, and self-motivated. A background in technology and data management and analysis is helpful, but not necessary. Above all, we value the ability and willingness to hustle to do things well and do things right.

Requirements

* Interest in information systems and data management
* Proficient in G Suite
* Ability to meet deadlines with close attention to detail

Nice to Haves

* Experience using Salesforce
* Strong skills in relational databases and spreadsheet tools
* Knowledge of tech industry in Queens
