Job Description

WANTED:A mission-driven professional with a technical engineering background andActive Top Secret clearance to become our next Operational Test Systems Administrator at Edwards AFB in California. The candidate will support our AFOTEC Test Services Team.

As an Operational Test Systems Administrator you will:

* Provide critical support in protecting our country
* Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals who have the desire for success and a relentless interest in providing a positive customer experience to complement a cohesive team of professionals.
* Provide engineering technical services in the areas of Operational Test and Evaluation concepts, planning, executing, and reporting for all of the programs under the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Test Operations Division (CTO)Continue growing and perfecting your Operations Research skills.

A week in the life of an Operational Test Systems Administrator:

* Review and provide recommendations on systems requirements documents
* Provide input during systems design and development
* Identify test capabilities requirements and shortfalls, develop mission task breakdown, and refine test concepts and designs
* Identify test support resources needs (facilities, instrumentation, and personnel)
* Provide technical expertise to develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
* Develop OT&E plans, create detailed test procedures, participate in test team deployments; prepare data management and analysis plans; collect and compile evaluation data
* Provide technical input for operational impact assessments and submit inputs to OT&E reports and briefings.
* Test programs to be supported include; Global Hawk Block 30/40 and the Airborne Signals Intelligence Payload (ASIP); Global Hawk Multi-Spectral Intelligence (MSI); the Global Hawk ground station modernization program (GSMP); and the Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS).

Job Requirements

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

* Must have CompTIA Security+ Certification
* Bachelors Degree is required. 4 additional years of related experience can substitute for a degree
* Must be knowledgeable in Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E)
* 2 years DCGS SYSADMIN experience
* 5 years experience as a SYSADMIN
* Must be capable of completing a National Agency Check (NAC) consistent with Public Trust Positions
* Must be a US citizen and possess a current TOP SECRET security clearance and be SAP and SCI eligible
