THE JOB

* Create and manage integration with our third-party customer service engagement tools such as Zendesk, Textline, Shopify, Sprout Social, etc.
* Manage the CRM testing, configuration, workflow, troubleshooting, and reporting and provide technical support for the larger customer service team.
* Maintain access rights, user settings, and audit usage for third party tools.
* Partner with the product, logistic, data, marketing, and third party vendors teams to develop and implement workflows for the customer facing tools.
* Ability to create and deliver status reports and dashboards.
* Create, assist, and provide operational support to invested teams to implement best practices and education on tool usages.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization to develop research and request for proposal (RFP) and request for information (RFI).
* Organize and maintain product information, content and other information necessary for a RFP or RFI
* Manage all aspects of proposal creation including understanding business requirements and developing responses.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and quality; implement new quality initiatives as needed

THE QUALIFICATIONS

* 2-4 years of System or Application Administration experience/ education required with other Customer Service or Help Desk experience.
* Knowledge of how SaaS integrations work and experience with system troubleshooting
* Previous RFP or proposal experience preferred and Project Management experience
* Able to create and report both high level and detailed quality performance metrics.
* Ability to prioritize work assignment and excellent time management
* High level of customer focus and service excellence
* Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and management skills
* Excellent communication both oral and written
* Able to influence internal and external partners with a positive attitude
* 4-year college degree
