We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Opentext (MetaStorm) MBPM Solution Developer to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

Duties:

* Demonstrates working knowledge in Opentext (Metastorm) MBPM Development and troubleshooting and uses this knowledge to support organizational strategy and provide tier II level support.

Metastorm/Tier II:

* Demonstrates proficiency in Metastorm infrastructure configuration, installation, construction, test, deployment and performance tuning and/or operations and applies this proficiency in the delivery of services for clients.
* Participate in requirements and business process definition sessions with client stakeholders and map business requirements to software capabilities and / or gaps
* Work with the Technical Lead to define and estimate software enhancement or configuration changes to support defined requirements
* Work with Product Engineering to develop technical designs and build software enhancements based on requirement specifications
* Support client implementation activities including client configuration, interface development, data migration, and software installation as needed
* Is responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of Metastorm infrastructure deliverables. Ensures that all implementation artifacts and deliverables are developed to the highest quality standards.
* Configures, installs, implements and supports complex technology infrastructure solutions for USMS.
* Applies industry or Metastorm domain knowledge to develop custom solution recommendations that conform to project requirements and constraints utilizing industry standards, best practices and internal and/or third party products.
* Integrates solutions from one or more areas of specialization into existing Marshals application environments.
* Freely shares expertise and knowledge with peers throughout Unisys.
* Interfaces extensively with customer's senior management (e.g. IT Director) on business, IT infrastructure and technical issues.
* Troubleshooting user tickets based on legacy applications via legacy applications or Database

Reports

* Troubleshooting SQL Reports
* Troubleshooting Database Jobs, Views, Stored Procedures, SSIS Packages
* Keeping the Sharepoint site up and running properly
* Ad Hoc Reports requests via SQL Querying
* Using Metastorm to understand and troubleshoot workflows of the business processes (Jscript, VBScript)

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years implementation and planning experience with Opentext (Metastorm) MBPM development application experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Prior work experience should include:

* Proposing opportunities for follow-on business that resulted in new business.
* sufficient exposure to clients across a variety of industries and domains
* configuring and installing a wide-range of technology and COTS solutions and tools for clients that resulted in profitable revenue growth
* Experience in a variety of project related roles such as implementer, integrator, test analyst, system administrator, tool specialist, support engineer, team leader or architect.
* Knowledge and proficiency in infrastructure implementation techniques.
* Completion of the appropriate technologist learning discipline course sequence.
