The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for the overall success and efficiency of the Sequoia One client implementation process and ongoing relationship management. You will be a key piece of our integrated service team ensuring that the first stage of our customer's relationship with us runs smoothly and positively.

What you get to do

* Project manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to consistently hit deadlines and deliver a stellar client service experience
* Build strong, long term relationships with our high tech clients
* Partner with internal teams to collect/manage data, setup documents, and communicate deadlines
* Coordinate system implementations and integrations through their full life-cycle, including: data collection, paperwork review, and partnership management
* Recommend process improvements, document process workflows, and lead team training's
* Field product/feature requests, and technical specifications from clients and communicate to appropriate parties for future development work
* Represent Sequoia's client service commandments to come through for our clients at all times
* Report back to management team on program implementations, and status of defined accountability metrics

Qualifications

* 5+ years of client facing/client management experience
* Prior HR and HRIS experience a plus
* Knowledge and experience with client/vendor relationship management and project management
* Strong initiative and self-motivation to learn quickly, and perform proactively
* Solutions-oriented approach to client product or service issues
* Extremely high attention to detail
* Ability to navigate through various web tools and communicate instructions clearly (experience with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), benefits administration, HRIS, and payroll systems a plus)
* Management of multiple projects and deadlines in an entrepreneurial and collaborative work environment
* Passion and commitment to exceptional client service
* Confident and skilled communicator with clients and internal management
* Experience manipulating data in Excel (preferred)
* Previous experience with Salesforce is beneficial
* Bachelors degree
