Position Overview

As a member of Infrastructure Engineering in the Information Technology group, you will be a part of the infrastructure support and projects lifecycle. This includes Implementing, Maintaining, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of systems and network devices located on premise and in public cloud.

Key Responsibilities

* Install/configure, maintain, monitor and automate in Windows, Linux, VoIP, Storage and Network environments
* Perform problem resolution and provide 24-hour on-call support for computer/network systems (rotation basis)

We are seeking candidates with the following:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science / related field or equivalent experience
* CCNA/MCSE preferred

Required Experience:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the following:

o Private & Public(Azure) Cloud configuration and management

o Office 365 services configuration and management

o Install/configure, maintain and monitor:

* VMware or Hyper-V
* Windows environment
* Cisco routers, switches and firewalls
* Scripting using:

o PowerShell

o VB Script

Preferred Experience:

* Automation/Configuration management tools
* VoIP - Cisco UCCX and Unity
* Linux/Unix management with command line tools
* LAN/WAN using routing/routed protocols, MPLS and iSCSI SANs
* Netbackup, JBoss, IIS, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX
