This position works with Healthcare account leaders to define migration strategy and designs improved processes to deliver ITIL based service support and technical account management.

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Network System Administrator / Team lead to join our team in Dallas (Farmers Branch), Texas.

Role Responsibilities

* Supports one or more aspects of IS related projects, including pre-deployment analysis of the existing device configurations, developing configuration files for the replacement devices, technical support of on-site technicians during the equipment replacement, and possible on-site installation and configuration for offices in the Dallas area.
* Configuration work will typically be performed during normal business hours, however the support and installation roles could include after-hours, and weekend work.
* Provide technical support and analysis for all network systems and components - Install, modify, test, and service all converged network communication equipment
* Experience with mentoring and guiding to junior admins / desktop support team members
* Monitor network and servers to ensure its reliability and performance - Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems affecting network and server stability and performance
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals - Create & maintains detailed network documentation
* Other duties may involve, but are not limited to the administration and maintenance of Windows/Linux/AIX systems, Telephony, and vendor software systems
* Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.

Requirements

* 10+ years of network and server administration experience
* Experience with enterprise storage, VM Ware, and other virtualization technologies.
* Prior experience with managing complex network and server environments.
* Experience with working with multiple infrastructure and security teams
* Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks.
* Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012,2016 and newer Operating Systems
* Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
* Experience with Cisco Call Manager / Unity

Preferences

* Undergraduate degree and 10-15 years relevant experience or Graduate degree.
* VMware VCP certification
* Experience in a Healthcare environment
* Ability to maintain Netapp to assist with the support of IBM SAN and NAS storage
* CCNA certification
