JOB SUMMARY

Provides leadership for team(s) responsible for the design, implementation and operational support of network services. Ensures the design and integration of network solutions meet requirements. Works with other IT organization to develop project estimates and fulfill the design for required solutions. Responsible to make sure strategy and standards are established. Mentors and develops subordinates through a combination of stretch assignments, performance appraisals, duty rotations, and internal/external training.

JOB FUNCTIONS

* Manage Network Team design to ensure the design of network services meets Alorica business requirements
* Manage Network team(s) involvement with implementations and project delivery

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provides leadership to team to ensure the design of network services meets requirements in terms of availability
* Ensures that network strategy and standards are established for network design
* Engaged with other IT Service Lines to ensure that network design is integrated with security, telephony and systems designs
* Defines measures and targets to be used as key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
* Accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
* Responsible for respective department's overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.
* Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

LIST OF REQUIRED SOFTWARE, HARDWARE & TECHNOLOGY ON THE WORK UNIT

* Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Others:

* Effective oral and written communication
* Quickly understand complex network topologies
* Assertive, critical thinking
* Periodic 24x7 on-call rotation, evening/late night work for system changes and/or potential weekend work for project/escalated incidents
* Experience with the design, implementation and management of large scale and complex network infrastructure
* Experience with the design and planning to cloud service providers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Information Management, or equivalent in relevant work experience
* 7 - 10 Years directly related experience

Other:

* Minimum seven years of large-scale network infrastructure design and management experience required
* Minimum seven years of information network management experience
