NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Network Convergence Engineer to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

* This role requires work to be performed in New York City.

Responsibilities:

* Administer, maintain, monitor, upgrade, and troubleshoot the organization's Cisco CUCM in a global environment, including Call Manager, Unity, and Webex
* Act as liaison with offshore teams to ensure 100% incident, requests, and changes are completed on-time within SLA's
* Lead troubleshooting major incident bridges and troubleshoot telecom system failures
* Install, maintain, monitor, and update VoIP and telecom systems, servers, and gateways
* Capacity planning for telecom circuits and suggesting upgrade/downgrade of circuit bandwidth
* Perform number normalization according to E.164 numbering plans
* Support ongoing adds, moves, and changes of users, voicemail, and equipment
* Maintain VoIP system, highlighting risk and preparing plans for mitigating known risks from monitoring
* Support third party applications integrated into the organization's VoIP systems
* Analyze new technology that enables the company to be on a high level of services
* Prepare strategy for Telecom future roadmap and lifecycle management

Basic Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree and 4+ years relevant Network voice infrastructure support experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Experience with Webex support
* Experience with voice monitoring tools

Preferences:

* Experience with using Cisco Prime voice monitoring tool
* CCNP Collaboration
* CCIE Collaboration
