You are a .Net Software Developer and looking to learn more and grow within an organization that continues to grow. We are looking for you!

You work on .NET languages, SQL Server, and JavaScript/AJAX/JQuery to support business function and processes.

You dive deep on your customers so it only makes sense that you are comfortable figuring out how to solve their back-end and front-end problems. You provide solutions to issues that arise and if you don't know the answer, you research and figure out how to do it. We are looking for you!

AIT is looking for a .Net Software Developer to have an opportunity to become an integral part of our team of hardworking individuals supporting AIT's customers, partners and internal business areas. You will work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with others to continually expand a growing company.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

* Program, troubleshoot and support internal and external facing websites, programs and reports.
* Partner with Business Analysts to gather requirement designs and/or mockups and create functional web pages or reports from those requirements while applying best practices where appropriate.
* Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
* Package and support deployment of releases.
* Partner with teammates in the migration of older applications (asp) to current Microsoft technologies.
* Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

* Bachelor's degree related to IT or comparable field experience required (i.e. Computer Science)
* 3-5 years' work experience including the following required:
* ASP.NET MVC experience
* CSS knowledge
* Standard to strong SQL skills
* VB.net or C# skills
* Strong understanding of automation, streamlining of processes
* Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
