Job Description:

* Technical Lead who has prior experience with API development in a .Net framework.
* Will be focusing on the middle tier development, using .Net Core framework, Restful web services, Micro services in an Agile environment.
* Should have prior experience in a lead role, with responsibility for code review and assignment of coding tasks to offshore or junior developers.
* Should also be able to do design and architecture work, as well as participate in the more complex coding work.
* The Tech Lead should also has prior experience working in a CI/CD environment with a strong background in unit testing.
* The front end of the portal is being developed in Angular5 by a third party vendor, and will be handed off to the internal team to maintain during the next phase of the project.

Required Skills:

* .Net
* API development (modeling business processes microservices web services unit testing experience with code review and task allocation Agile and or CI/CD environment experience)
* Working knowledge on Azure Cloud environment
* Working knowledge of Micro-services architecture.

Preferred Skills:

* .Net core framework.
* Modeling public facing business processes Cloud based experience (Azure preferred) Jenkins VSTS ms test or Sonar Angular.
* Security- Open ID/oAuth.
