Job Description

Provide support for design, engineering, and integration of cloud-based systems for Net Centric Capabilities (NCC). Provides systems engineering services associated with activities in Advanced Targeting Exploration (ATE), to include identifying applicable policies and making recommendation on best practices, establishing requirements, and investigating potential solutions. This SE6 will also support the NCC PMO in implementing and managing the ATE Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) and other engineering artifacts, program documentation, and architectural artifacts. The SE6 will provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of development, test, and production environments for the new NCC ATE program. The SE6 will assist the government in managing the facilitation of the deployment of web applications and services into the client's development and production environments.

Must meet the minimum experience and education requirements to qualify for the Systems Engineer Level 6 (SE6) labor category. Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.

* Experience with DEVOPS
* Experience with containerization management
* Knowledge of targeting in a cyber environment.
* Experience in software development processes and using ticketing systems like JIRA or Redmine.
* Experience drafting SE and program documentation.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
* Position requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
