Key ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities in this role:

* Direct technical experience with Manhattan SCALE products or JDA SaaS WMS products.
* +5 years of experience with implementation, execution and support of warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Understanding of the key components of warehousing operations
* Proficient in MSSQL and the Microsoft Office suite of applications
* Comfortable in communicating (listening and speaking) to deliver quality application support and user training.
* Experienced in the configuration and support of WMS related user operating devices like RF devises, label and forms printers, work stations, tablets and smart phones.
* Experienced in data integration products and solutions such as ANSI X12, XML, CSV, and com protocols like FT2, AS2 and VAN services
* Very strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task across both project and support activities.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Demonstrate a Safety First mindset in everything you do.

* Take ownership in supporting Warehouse Management Systems stability of assigned facilities or customer programs.
* Take ownership in delivering quality WMS configurations as technical owner for assigned new customer implementations or solution change requests.
* Support system and integration testing activities, and any systems training to operational Subject Matter Experts/Facility trainers.
* Adhere to all department and company policies and ways of working.

Who we are looking forThis Senior Analyst position will partner with operational teams in the configuration and user support for our Warehouse Management Systems (primarily Manhattan Scale and JDA SaaS WMS).

To succeed in this role you should be very comfortable with the following capabilities we need in our people:

* Trouble shooting and resolving technical/ operating process challenges which result from improper use of the WMS.
* Configuration, implementation and change tasks, including the development of supplementary components, like scripting, to complete the core WMS product can also be expected to be sourced from this position.
* Active collaborate with various teams to address simple to complex requirements, behavior, incidents and requests. While this is primarily an internal facing position, interaction directly with customers is also to be expected.
* Travel within North America for up to 50% of your time (depending on your home base location and the location of projects/implementations at any given time.

This position can be based in Los Angeles/CA, Seattle/WA, Chicago/IL, Newark/NJ, Norfolk/VA, or Savannah/GA.
