MS Dynamics Consultant - CRM

Department: T3

Summary:

A Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to participate in all aspects of the implementation from analyzing customer's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to meet the customer's needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and evaluate customer's business processes against the standard CRM functionality.
* Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to achieve the customer's business requirements.
* Responsible for creating report and queries to provide customers with data from CRM.
* Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.

Required Qualifications:

* Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or, alternatively possess 2 years or more consulting experience working with a database or business intelligence solution.
* Professional, self-motivated, with a proven ability to work well in a smaller office environment.
* A Bachelor's degree is required; preferable computer science or information systems.
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications highly desired.
