What we can offer you Join a talented and diverse mobile applications team Exciting projects using innovative technologies Motivated teams with opportunities to make an impact Work culture based on learning and collaboration Opportunities to advance your skills in mobile application quality assurance Projects that Integrate with both cloud and hardware Competitive salaries and attractive benefits What we're looking for Degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field Experience in mobile application test and validation for the iOS and Android platforms Leadership and management skills: Inspire, mentor, motivate and guide team members Past experience leading and growing focused sqa teams Lead and perform exploratory manual and automation tests based on identified high-risk areas Effective communication skills at building relationships across teams Track and report test coverage, completion status and failures to key stakeholders and upper management Familiarity with Atlassian Toolset and TestRail for test case and test cycle management Define test strategy, support test plan development and manage test execution cycles Guide individual contributors on methods to validate features and enhancements using white and black box methodologies, with emphasis on identifying and debugging issues Investigating and analyzing root causes of technical issues and performance bottlenecks to help pin point high-risk areas in the system Familiarity with testing integrated products, cloud environments, and API integrations Understanding of continuous integration process and unit testing Some experience with IOT connected devices and/or Bluetooth connected products Bose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
