Job Description

* Demonstrated mastery in SAP MM modules including Purchasing (PUR), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Invoice Verification (IV), Consumption Based Planning (CBP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Material Ledger (ML).
* Triage and resolution of support and enhancement requests for internal customers
* Provide excellent customer service to SAP users, communicating timely and professionally via phone, email, or in person
* Handle support calls, triage open support tickets, analyze the root cause and propose solution detail
* Provide Level 1/2 support in SAP Procurement and Materials Management
* Independently prioritize and resolve customer requests, work as subject matter expert for MM, production break-fixes, ad-hoc reports and enhancement requests
* Develop professional, productive relationships within business units, other IT team members, and off-shore support staff
* Utilize query and reporting tools to provide flexible and timely delivery of support to end users, act as SME to business users for solution proposal and training
* Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards
* Identify and support process improvement opportunities based on understanding of MM module
* May be required to work off-hours or weekends to support business in case of business-critical failures
* Contribute on medium to larger scale SAP projects
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 10+ years of support experience in SAP MM, preferably in the apparel and/or footwear industries
* 1+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA
* Experience with a global multi-company, multi-currency SAP environment with country specific requirements
* Experience in supporting master data (material, vendor, customer, batch master, source list, info records, pricing)
* Experience in supporting stock transfers, third-party orders, vendor returns, ASNs, special stocks and stock categories in IM, intercompany trade, and WM managed storage locations
* Highly organized, focused, process-oriented, analytical, and possesses great attention to detail
* Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills, verbal & written
* Strong customer service skills, team player, collaborative and flexible
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
* Knowledge of EDI/IDOCS functionality for cross company order within/ across SAP environments is a plus
* SAP certification
* Experience in third-party integration with factory portal GT Nexus is a plus
