Project Description:

* We are seeking a Middleware Support Consultant in Foster City, CA.
* Must be local or willing to relocate at own expenses.
* This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship now or in the future
* Must be able to work on W2

Responsibilities:

* Work in the Application Support Operations (ASO) team as a hands-on Middleware support lead
* Provide Oracle SOA/Dell Boomi technical expertise to resolve issues related operations
* Resolve technical environment issues
* Perform Application support activities - work on Incidents, SRs, Minor enhancements, Problem Management, Major Incident Management, provide technical expertise for the issues and problems at hand, work in onshore-offshore model, guide offshore team, coordinate with System Managers and business users providing L2 support for the apps/platform in-scope, adhere to SLA.
* Main duties/responsibilities and any tools/technology needed for this role: Work in the Application Support Operations (ASO) team as a hands-on Middleware support lead
* Provide Oracle SOA/Dell Boomi technical expertise to resolve issues related operations
* Resolve technical environment issues
* Industry experience needed for this role: Preferred, due to the Validate requirements for Pharma but not mandatory.
* Primary Skill Set for this role: Middleware platform - Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA
* Dell Boomi alternatively Oracle SOA
* 6 - 9 years of experience required for each skill
* Lead level experience managing client stakeholders have an understating of SLA, participate and present metrics
