Job Description

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to provide Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) expertise to a major Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office (PEO) at the historic Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to U.S. Navy clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Mid-level Cyber Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment .

Security Clearance:

* Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance

Responsibilities:

* Work with technical teams to mitigate security control deficiencies for assigned DoD IT systems and Information Systems.
* Advise system owners on all matters, technical and otherwise, involving the security of assigned DoD IT systems and information systems
* Ability to brief senior government staff or executives, create presentations, expert in using Microsoft Excel
* Contribute to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification, accreditation and awareness activities for system and networking operations
* Support the design, development, implementation and/or integration of Cybersecurity and security systems and system components including those for networking, computing, and enclave environments to include those with multiple enclaves and with differing data protection/classification requirements
* Develop and review Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, providing feedback on completeness and compliance of its content
* Ability to track and review Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts and performing mundane research
* Perform assessments of security controls, identify weaknesses, and track remediation activities in Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
* Support Integrated Process Team, Cyber Working Group and Executive Council meetings
* Ability to support Cyber Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT)
* Ability to support DoD IT systems and Information Systems in E-Mass

Experience Requirements:

* 5 -10 years of experience in managing IT systems and IT systems support for Navy/DOD customers or directly for Navy/DOD
* Must have experience with Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), DITRP-DON, and DADMS
* Must have experience with NIST SP 800-37/53 RMF and/or DIACAP, System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Plan (SAP), Risk Assessment Reports (RAR) processes etc.
* Must have experience with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA), DCID 6/3, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), CNSSI 1253, and other industry best practices
* Familiar with the following network protection devices: Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), etc.
* Familiar with ACAS, HBSS, E-Mass, VRAM, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and other automated tools to support compliance and verification activities

Educational Requirements:

* Bachelor level degree (BA/BS) in Cybersecurity or related field
* DoD 8570.1-M Compliance at IAT Level II or equivalency (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) certification-Desired
