Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking an experienced IAM operations analyst to help CGI with IAM application development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) software tools for one of our federal clients. This is an opportunity to be on the frontline working with the top rated Identity management tool (Sailpoint IIQ) and providing identity governance solutions to create an identity-enabled enterprise. As the IAM analyst, you would be supporting the daily maintenance and operations of the Identity and Access Management team by providing technical support around identity governance systems, infrastructure and environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Manage and execute de-provisioning control validations, System Account Management, Human Account Management, Entitlements, Access Certifications and System Account Description Management, collection and reporting Access Lifecycle Management metrics.
* Identify risks and work out possible solutions with the client and inform management
* Identify task inefficiencies and provide ideas for solutions, including the ability to assist with the automation of manual and semi-manual processes.
* Ability to understand the agency's Security Policies, Standards, and Controls related to identity governance and offer guidance as needed to ensure personnel are complying.
* Provide support of identity governance infrastructure processes and technologies.
* Provide guidance, structure and coordination specifically around security and identity governance.
* Provide assistance for creating and implementing best practices and standards based approaches around security in a regulated environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* At least 3 years of experience of Identity and Access Management(IAM) of maintaining and operating provisioning/de-provisioning, approval workflows, role based access controls, access certifications on various IAM COTS tools such SailPoint, OIM, NetIQ, CA.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience with administration, maintenance and operations on SailPoint IIQ (at least 1year experience)
* Experience in the configuration, management, and deployment of Identity Access Management (IAM) applications on IdentityIQ.
* Significant background in the integration of IAM applications with common LDAP identity stores such as Active Directory, Oracle unified directory.
* Experience in implementing User acceptance testing, performance testing, automated testing and regression testing of IAM applications.
* Experience in development of test scripts, test cases and test plans.
* Knowledge and expertise to navigate government processes to include: Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Risk Management Framework (RMF).
* Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to established milestones and timelines.
* Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management.
* Must have the ability to learn and adapt to new capabilities/tools based on the needs.
* Must demonstrate conceptual, analytical and innovative problem-solving and evaluative skills, an ability to conduct independent research and analysis, identifying issues, formulating options, and making conclusions and recommendations.
* Must be able to establish and maintain business relationships.
* Experience in incorporating process changes and updates into Standard Operating procedures.
* Team player with strong technical and user support skills.
* Proven written and verbal communication skills in English with both Business/Management and Technical resources
* Due to the nature of the contract, US citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain an agency specific clearance

Desired:

* Experience in maintaining SailPoint SecurityIQ and knowledge of IDentityAI.
* Experience with SDLC: Agile and Waterfall Methodology.
* Demonstrated technical proficiency on complex projects and ability to troubleshoot critical issues under pressure.
* Takes personal ownership and accountability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results and has the personal organization to do so.
* Able to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audience (management, users, vendors, and technical staff).
