Job Overview & Responsibilities

Mythics is seeking a Microsoft System Engineer with a strong background in windows operating systems (both server and desktop), Sharepoint server, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Project server, SQL server, and Internet Information server (IIS).

The Microsoft System Engineer Lead shall manage all aspects of operations related to these technologies as assigned by the Government including:

* Application Installation, configuration, administration, optimization, upgrade and migration
* SharePoint farm administration including provisioning new site collections and sites, managing content databases, managing user accounts and permissions, migrating sites and content databases, provisioning and troubleshooting user profile service, optimizing Search and other service applications, farm solution deployment, authoring and running PowerShell scripts, farm health monitoring
* Manages TFS source code repositories, TFS SharePoint sites and reporting capabilities.
* Manage Project Server views, custom fields, Enterprise Global template, Enterprise Resource Pool, roles and assignments, and custom templates
* SQL Server database administration
* Application backup and disaster recovery
* Application-level support

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or technical field and/or equivalent work experience
* At least 12 years of experience
* US citizen to obtain the necessary clearance
* Windows operating systems (both server and desktop), SharePoint Server, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Project Server, SQL Server, and Internet Information Server (IIS)
