Job Description

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Application Specialist is responsible for evaluating and addressing user access requests and support tickets submitted by the Dynamics NAV user community at Gogo. He/she should ensure that access requests and support tickets are worked in a timely and professional manner and that all required approvals are obtained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess Dynamics NAV user issues and determine course of action for resolution.
* Assist users with Jet Enterprise support issues.
* Assist users with Datahaven support and configuration changes.
* Collaborate with ERP and Corp IT team members to work towards resolution of support tickets.
* Utilize Easy Security and Fast Path to grant user access to Dynamics NAV, following the Segregation of Duties guidelines, obtaining approvals as required.
* Develop knowledge base to be used for effective and efficient problem resolution.

Required Skills and Experience:

* 6+ years of Dynamics NAV experience.
* 3+ years of Dynamics NAV RTC experience.
* Advanced knowledge of Dynamics NAV functional and technical capabilities.
* Advanced knowledge of Dynamics NAV permissions and Easy Security.
* Experience with troubleshooting in an Dynamics NAV environment.
* Experience developing Jet reports.
* Experience with Segregation of Duties as it pertains to assigning permissions, conflict identification, and mitigating controls.

Other Skills and Experience:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as documentation skills.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to define applicable approach methodologies.
* Self-starter and function well as an individual as well as with a team.
* Ability to interact well with internal business stakeholders.
* Experience working with Datahaven workflow approval and document management software a plus.
* Experience working with Lanham add-ons, including E-Ship and EDI a plus.
* Experience working with To Increase add-ons, such as Advanced Job Management, a plus.
* Experience with ticketing systems, such as ZenDesk and/or Jira.
* Strong attention to details.
