Job Description
8+ years' experience in implementing, supporting and administering enterprise scale messaging and collaboration environmentsInstall, configure & troubleshoot different roles of Exchange servers
Knowledge on Migration of an on premise Exchange environment to Exchange 2010/2013 or to Office 365
Install ,configure ,maintain & troubleshoot DirSync(AAD), AD FS
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 environment
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Sharepoint Online & On-prem
Configure, maintain & troubleshoot email gateways, anti-spam
Configure, maintain & troubleshoot TMG
PowerShell cmdlet and scripting knowledge
Day-to-day Operation issues, Service Requests and Project tasks related to Messaging infrastructure
Respond and resolve escalated system incidents, problems or outages and accurately report and document solutions
Responsible for providing senior level of support for Exchange Team.
Monitor performance levels and capacity of supported applications, and assist in proper capacity planning and management.
