to apply! The Media Integration Specialist I produces and monitors content sets for global airlines and 3rd party customers. The individual will track incoming digital media assets and coordinate quality control, technical compliance and status with internal departments. The Media Integration Specialist I is engaged in all facets of the content production build and QA function. This individual must be familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures within the IFE field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The main focus of the Media Integration Specialist I is to execute least complicated integration tasks (testing/validation) and assist integration team in monthly production of content sets and may be responsible for production of least complex accounts depending on skill level. Duties and Responsibilities: Learn and apply media testing procedures which include cross referencing content tracking sheets, verifying content, and confirming proper display on RDUs (remote display units) Understand customer requirements and test accordingly, learning system setups and customer profiles Validate quality of content and technical compliance including audio/video sync issues, language verification, aspect ratios and metadata correctness Record vendor problems, concerns, missed internal testing errors, and flag to appropriate account manager in a time sensitive manner Assess and report fielded errors to account manager in a timely manner Follow procedures and routine work/test instructions to ensure the consistency and production quality of all content sets leaving the office and being fielded Verification of SD cards, duplication Participate in alternative production tasks during low workflow Ensure all content meets established standards and report any technical challenges in displaying the content Ensure the proper national and international customer shipping and tracking processes are in order Monitor SD card inventory and understanding of RMA processes Understand HW/SW testing setup and troubleshooting Understand and ensure lab compliance to MPAA standards and regulations Log and track all incoming digital media and communicate status of delivery to CSPs to ensure all test schedules are being met by developing and tracking workflow Communicate changes or delays in a timely manner to account manager Coordinate re-working of rejected media with CSPs Ensure lab rules are followed including security, cleanliness, layout Preferred Qualifications and/or Education: 1-3 years of experience in systems integration or digital media post production environment 1-3 years of experience in the In-Flight Entertainment industry Meticulous file maintenance skills Proficient, working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Word processing programs Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills Team player Must be proactive, meticulous, organized, and detail oriented Ability to accomplish multiple tasks Ability to work independently, with minimal direction Willing to learn other functions within the Media Solutions Operations Department Ability to analytically resolve issues and problems, to maintain work flow, quality, and on-time delivery Click here to apply!
