We are actively looking for a Professional Services Consultant who:

You are:

A client focused individual who can serve as a member of our Professional Services team and provide expert knowledge with data governance, master data management and the use, installation, and integration of Pitney Bowes Software products.

You will:

* Apply and leverage your expert knowledge with regards to the use, installation, and integration of Pitney Bowes Spectrum Data Quality Software products.
* Interact with clients on projects to deliver innovative solutions to diverse customer problems.
* Assume responsibility for acquiring knowledge of the technologies and products necessary to the completion of assigned tasks.
* Work with relative autonomy on the detailed analysis, design and development of project components.
* Work with all levels of client and associates.
* Build best practices and reusable components and solutions on Pitney Bowes Software products.

Your background:

* 5 years experience implementing Data Quality and / or Master Data Management solutions
* Hands on experience with MDM or DQ tools
* Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMs)
* Experience in Data Modeling, Definition and Dictionary
* Experience in data quality processes such as Staging, Loading and Match & Merge process
* Understanding of Master Data Management architectures and business processes
* Knowledge of graph database concepts, Neo4j experience a plus
* Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to communicate with clients and non-technical personnel
* Basic programming knowledge a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related discipline preferred
* Must be able to travel up to 50%
