Position: Maximo Consultant

Location: McLean, VA

Clearance: TS/SCI with a CI Poly

* $5,000 Hiring Bonus Available *

Responsibilities:

* Solicit and documenting detailed client business and technical requirements.
* Provide expert level consultation to key stakeholders and strategically drive Maximo deployment, configuration and customization to deliver on the customer's vision and needs.
* Provide expertise in Maximo system architecture design and development.
* Business process analysis and implementation in Maximo.
* Efficiently deliver business value by using the out-of-the-box functionality of Maximo whenever possible
* Design and development of necessary Maximo customizations, when there is a business case to do so.
* Develop Maximo interfaces, scripts and other customizations
* Development of solutions using various technologies, including XML, XLST, SQL, Java, JavaScript, REST, JSON, and WebSphere
* Development of reports using Maximo Business Intelligence Reporting (BIRT) and other data analytics tools.
* Provide Maximo thought leadership while integrating into an existing team.
* Knowledge and experience of business process re-engineering, specifically in Maintenance Management, Inventory, Procurement, Workflow and Work Management)
* Project management experience in systems development.
* Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and key design documents.
* Build client relationships and trust

Qualifications:

* Must have 5+ years of IBM Maximo Consultant and Development experience. Prefer 7+ years of experience.
* Prefer IBM Maximo Certified Deployment Professional
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/experience
* Experience with solution design and deployment within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domain
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with high-ranking individuals within an organization. Fluent in English.
* Leadership and strong team working skills
* System lifecycle management experience, including: planning/design, development, testing, deployment and support/maintenance.
* Expertise and implementation with Maximo data archiving, warehouse management, and Industry best practices.
* Experience with developing Maximo upgrade paths to deploy
* Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
* Experience with Maximo Warehouse Management, Maximo Functional Enhancements, Maximo High Availability, Single Sign-on, and Mobile experience.
* Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving Maximo based system/solution problems
