Job Description

Description:Exercise leadership on integrated program planning activities in support of program goals and in compliance with Program Plans & Scheduling (PP&S) related command media. Assist Program Planning Senior Manager to ensure complete and comprehensive process development, training, and implementation related to Program Plans, Capture and Schedules. Assist Program Management and Business Development during program development and capture process. Responsibilities require a broad understanding of aircraft programs as well as familiarity with all phases of a program lifecycles. Reliable and effective communicator. Expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) as well as EVMS media or equivalent. Responsible for managing PP&S personnel. Able to evaluate their responsible personnel's performance and provide appropriate ratings.

* Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.* Must have an active Secret Clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

* Recent experience developing and delivering briefing materials to executive level internal and external stakeholders
* Critical Path Methodology experience
* EVMS implementation experience including the governing
* EVMS command media
* Experience in the Development, Production and Sustainment lifecycle Program phases
* Integrated Master Schedule IMS Development experience
* Integrated Master Plan (IMP) Integration experience
* Schedule Risk Analysis SRA experience
* IMS health metrics experience

Desired Skills:

* Experience leading
* Knowledge of subcontractor, manufacturing and Government integration into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
* Recent experience supporting proposals.

Recent Program , Business and Customer Interaction

Recent experience using scheduling tools (MSP, P6, OPP etc.).
